Transylvanian Delight (chimney cake)

We started the chimney cake business in September 2013 because we thought it would be a sin not to let New Zealanders taste something as heavenly as a chimney cake.

 

The head of the business is Gyöngyvér Ágnes Ferencz, whose daughter (Noémi) recently returned to New Zealand to join forces with her mother in thinking up new ways to excite your taste buds! We come from Transylvania (that's in Romania), and we are Hungarians, so we know what we're doing with those cakes (in case you needed convincing). The Head of Business (Gyöngyvér) came to New Zealand in 2006, so she knows pretty darn well what you New Zealanders like, but in addition to this, we aspire towards bringing you something new, exciting, delectable and QUITE extraordinary!
